We had a pretty laid-back day. We went to church this morning and little Ava was quiet as a church mouse! She is quite the people watcher and had many faces to keep her entertained. After that we went to a local shopping area and found some really neat items made by Colombian artists and jewelry makers. Ava slept the whole time we were shopping. Due to her heavy napping today, we have a heck of a time getting her to finally fall asleep tonight. She was much more interested in playing than sleeping. She is a day or two away from rolling over and is working hard at mastering this task.
We just finished watching the Super Bowl in Spanish. The Packers winning in any language is hard to understand.
Thank you so much for the daily posts. I look forward to each one, as it helps me to keep the excitement of having a new grand-daughter at my fingertips. Ava is so beautiful, and such a happy baby. love, Mom
